Bangladesh “A” dominates Ireland “A” in the only 4-Day test match held at Sylet and Bangladesh “A” won it comprehensibly winning by 5 wickets sparing almost more than 1 and a half session of the 4th and the final day. An impressive performance from Bangladeshi boys sparking in all sectors (batting, bowling and fielding).
Ireland “A” choosing to bat first on a decent batting surface but their batsmen failed and also quality bit of bowling from Ban A did the damage for Ire A team restricting them for only 255 runs.
Ban A in reply getting 337 taking a lead of 82 runs and before Ire A touched it they the Ban A made sure they pick few wickets and they’ve been successful picking up 3 wickets they the Ire A got it and at the end loosing all the wickets for 213 runs and posted a 132 runs target but it’s always tricky if the chasing side is batting the last day of the test match.
Ban A though didn’t feel much trouble as the partnership between Yasir Ali and Nurul Hasan was the match winning partnership and Yasir seeing his side home with 5 wickets down.
The man of the match was rewarded to Shadman Islam for his ton in the 1st innings. Now it’s the white ball cricket time which Bangladesh adore it more as it’s the 50 over cricket.
Which kicks off tomorrow. Ire A will have some serious bit of work to do against these talented Bangladeshi boys!
